"There was no pressure"

I came to Park to look at the Impreza that I liked the look of online. I was greeted by Adam Shearer who treated me with the utmost respect. He truly made me feel right at home and even made me laugh a lot. There was no pressure, he listened to my needs, and we easily agreed upon numbers. I would recommend Park to anyone!

"Easiest car purchase I have ever experienced"

This was the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. I worked with Kenny Grimes, who was absolutely fabulous. He does not haggle with you over price, and gets the deal done quickly and painlessly. I know a lot about cars and the leasing process, and Kenny gave me a great deal on the Legacy we purchased. I would highly suggest buying your next Subaru at Park Subaru, but even a step further, I would suggest buying your next car from Kenny.

"So many positive things to say"

I was so happy, I almost skipped out the door when I left with my new pre-owned car! So many positive things to say about my experience with the folks at Park. Adam D was so helpful and low pressure-he took the stress out of the buying experience. He tolerated my eccentricity and dorkiness with a smile on his face, and even laughed at my dumb jokes. That alone should cover it. But, it doesn't. He was kind, patient, attentive and willing to work with me to get the exact car I needed (and wanted). And that is the main reason I came back after leaving the first night! I love, love, love my Impreza-I'm as giddy as a little girl! The car was so clean, and had a full tank of gas, and that was a nice perk! In addition to Adam, Rod in finance was super nice and helpful, and Casey, who walked me through my car's features and helped with the "pick up" process was awesome too-everyone I worked with during this experience was top notch! Did I mention that I LOVE MY IMPREZA? I cannot say enough how impressed I am (or, dare I say I'm Imprezed?), I will be sure to tell everyone I know!

Ali Yoho was an absolute doll to work with! She gave me a great deal on my new Foerester...even bringing the one I wanted from another dealership. This dealership is a bit of a drive for me but it was well worth it. The finance department was helpful. I look forward to using their service department. "Zero surprises"

Kenny Grimes just sold us an Outback and I have not regretted the car, the trim levels, or the price for one second. The whole car buying experience can be a little harrowing and my wife and I both respond to it in different ways making the process all the more tense. I worked with a number of dealers over several weeks and Kenny was the only one who was always patient, answered all of my questions fully with no veiled hints or pressure, was generous with his time responding to emails and making time for us even when the dealership was jammed, and who made both my wife and I feel 100% comfortable through the whole process. He could not have been more transparent with his processes and walked us through all of the math as many times as we needed. Zero surprises. Although I suspect, from his experience selling cars, that he knew long before we did which vehicle and which trim level we would end up in, he patiently let us drive different cars multiple times and come to that realization on our own. Great guy, great car, great experience.

"Attentive and paid attention to detail"

No one likes looking for a new car, you get excited and get your hopes up for something and normally finance SHOOTS you down! What's awesome about Park is they worked hard to get me where I wanted to be with my price.. The managers were attentive and paid attention to detail so we didn't miss anything and my salesman was Dave Somerville, I highly recommend him, he will help you and he is available 24/7 which is sooooo convenient!! "Amazing"

I just wanted to let you know what an AMAZING sales manager Casey Glockner is! As I mentioned to her yesterday, this was the best buying experience I have ever had. Usually the stresses of buying/ leasing a car involve a lot of pressure and uncertainty, none of which was felt yesterday. From the start, Casey was extremely helpful in providing the information through email about the vehicle that I was looking for (dealers usually want you to come in before they provide any data). She was even willing to email me during her day off and provided me with her cell phone number if I had any questions that needed to be answered while she was out of the office. When I came to look at the vehicle yesterday, she had the car waiting for me and was extremely patient with me while I went through the financial numbers and provided me with ALL of the information that I requested. I never felt that I was being pushed to make a decision, it was such an unknown feeling from my past experiences. When the office closed at 8 pm, both her and Rod Kalkman did not stop providing great customer service. I knew that they probably were ready to go home after a long day, but there was never any sign of that from them. They made me and my mother feel that we were their number one priority. Casey began showing me the Bluetooth capabilities on the vehicle, when it was cut short because Rod was ready to fill out the financial paperwork. After the documents were completed, she made sure we came back to the vehicle to finish what we started (I believe this was almost 9 pm). I have never felt so comfortable and taken care of at a dealership as I have by Casey. Rod was also really helpful in explaining the questions I had on the leasing contract. I will definitely recommend Casey and your dealership to my friends and family. Thank you for your time
